MSBKN provided different training to rural female youth since its inception as they are one of the domain which falls under the target group of the organization. As per MSBKN’s belief that youth are capable and have the potential to take charge and bring desired change in their communities, societies and whole nation in bigger picture.
MSBKN worked to foster youth, that includes girls and boys, with new knowledge and also helped in nurturing their potential. The organization taken steps to mobilize these youth in different activities which can be beneficial for the community they work in, as well as for their own leadership development. Under "School Campaigning", the MSBKN provided training for youths on 'Gender', 'Violence Against Women', 'Leadership' and 'Women's Rights'.
Likewise a profile titled "samaj ma yuwa mahila- rural women in social leadership” with encouraging life stories of these youth was also published by MSBKN in 2013.
